- This policy applies to all orders placed with Downunder E-store for delivery to customers in Australia and, where available.
- Orders may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers (dropshippingzone). In such cases, delivery times and tracking may depend on the supplier and shipping carrier.
- Processing and fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, subject to stock availability with our suppliers.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will notify you and provide an estimated dispatch date. Some orders may be fulfilled directly by the supplier, which may affect processing times.
- Shipping partners and methods
- We use a network of carriers chosen based on destination, service level, and product.
- Tracking numbers are provided where available. If tracking is not available for a particular shipment, we will inform you of the expected method and timeframe.
- Domestic (within Australia) delivery times and costs at checkout of purchase.
- Estimated delivery after dispatch: typically 2–7 business days, depending on location and the supplier’s carrier.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. We may offer free standard shipping on eligible orders (e.g., over a specified threshold); the current threshold will be shown at checkout.
- International delivery (where available)
- International shipping times vary by country and customs processing and can take several weeks. Typical ranges are 7–30+ business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is usually responsible for these charges. We do not collect or remit these duties at checkout unless explicitly stated.
- Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will inform you before purchase or cancel the order with a full refund.
- Duties, taxes and customs
- For Australian orders, 10% GST may apply under Australian tax law (the specifics depend on your order and GST registration). We may collect 10% GST where required by law; otherwise, GST/any duties.
- Risk of loss and title
- Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or the destination address provided at checkout, whichever is applicable and in line with the carrier’s policy.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us according to our damaged/missing-item procedure.
- Tracking and notifications
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation and, where available, a tracking number by email or through your order portal.
- If tracking does not update after dispatch, please contact us for assistance.
- Damaged, missing or incorrect items
- If your item arrives damaged, is missing from the shipment, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear details and photos (if applicable).
- We will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement, refund, or alternative solution in line with ACL rights.
- Cancellations and order changes
- Cancellations may be possible before dispatch. Once an item has shipped from the supplier, cancellation rights depend on the supplier’s policies. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee cancellation after dispatch.
- Compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- This policy does not limit your statutory rights under the ACL. Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a right under the ACL applies (e.g., defective or misdelivered goods), you may be entitled to a remedy such as a replacement, refund, or repair.
- We aim to provide clear shipping estimates and accurate product descriptions. Any differences that are substantial and material may be addressed under ACL rights.

- We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice on our website.
